Prayer in this petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail in FIR No.404 dated 13.10.2016 registered under Sections 201, 212, 302, 365, 404 and 34 IPC, at Police Station Kundli, District Sonipat.

Status report on behalf of respondent-State has been filed by learned State counsel. Same is taken on record. Copy thereof has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

Learned State counsel submits that out of total 29 witnesses only 6 remain to be examined and for the said purpose, the case is fixed for 17.08.2023.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage and issuance of a direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial in a time bound manner.

Dismissed as withdrawn at this stage.
