Learned counsel for the petitioner has relied upon the orders passed by this Court in CRM-M-50601-2019 titled as "Surjit Singh V/s State of Punjab" decided on 28.11.2019 and in CRM-M-36626-2019 titled as "Sarabjit Kaur V/s State of Punjab" decided on 17.09.2019, which were passed in the case of the co-accused. He prays that the same orders may be passed in the present case. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that he may also be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to surrender before the Trial Court and move an application for grant of regular bail.

In view of the above, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.

In case, the petitioner surrenders before the Trial Court within a week from today and moves an application for grant of regular bail in the forenoon of the day, the Trial Court shall dispose off such an application on YOGESH SHARMA 2020.11.12 10:29 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

CRM-M-37163-2020(O&M) -2the same day while considering the plea of the petitioner to the effect that the petitioner has falsely been implicated on account of a dispute which is primarily civil in nature and is over the possession of the property and that he has no role or interest in the said property and he is merely a villager. Dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms. Nothing mentioned herein above shall be deemed to be an expression on the merits of the case.
