(Oral) Learned counsel at the very outset submits that the present petition be dismissed as having become infructuous, as vide order dated 31.10.2018, the Governor of Haryana has transferred Sh. Satpal Girhotra, Principal (CDC), Govt. College Bilaspur (Yamuna Nagar) to Govt. College Chhachhrauli (Yamuna Nagar) vice the present petitioner i.e Lalit Kumar Jain. The petitioner has now been adjusted in place of Sh. Satpal Girhotra Govt. College Bilaspur (Yamuna Nagar), vide order dated 02.11.2018.

Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as having become rendered infructuous.
