Present petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, inter alia, for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the appeal dated 16.04.2024 (P-6) filed by the petitioner, in a time bound manner as well as directing the respondents to supply the information sought by the petitioner vide application dated 04.07.2023 (P-1) filed under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

Learned counsel, on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in Court, acknowledges that desired information has been received on 31.08.2024.
