Learned counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been settled amicably, whereby a sum of ` twenty five lacs has already been deposited by the petitioner with the respondents vide two demand drafts dated 27.01.2020. A sum of ` twenty five lacs is to be deposited on 10.02.2020, another sum of ` thirty lacs is to be deposited on 27.02.2020 and the remaining amount of ` one crore will be deposited by the petitioner with the respondents on 27.03.2020.

In view of this, this petition is disposed of. Both the parties are directed to abide by the settlement arrived at between them.
