Present writ petition for issuance of directions to respondents No.1 to 6 to take immediate necessary steps so that sullage water should not spread into the fields of the petitioner and near to his house as well. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that petitioner has been making representations in this regard in the year 2014 and even the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ludhiana had passed order on 27.04.2017 (Annexure P15) on the petition under Section 133 Cr.P.C., but still no action has been taken.

In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with the directions to respondents No.1 to 6 to take immediate corrective steps so as to implement the order dated 27.04.2017 (Annexure P15) expeditiously and preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order.
