(Oral) Prayer in the instant petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No.11 dated 10.02.2018 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 420, 406 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station Kalanaur, District Gurdaspur along with all consequential proceedings therefrom on the basis of compromise dated 16.07.2022 (Annexure P-2) entered into between the parties.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners wishes to withdraw the instant petition.
