The writ petition is for direction to take action on the judicial enquiry report submitted by the District Magistrate, Rohtak conducted under Section 176 Cr.P.C. The problem for the petitioner is compounded by the fact that the report itself is not available and it is said to be in the custody of the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonepat. The petitioner shall forward a copy of this order to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonepat along with the information secured from the District and Sessions Judge, Rohtak that the papers had been sent to the Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonepat. The Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonepat will make a copy available to the petitioner, no matter that the papers may have been transmitted already to any other place. The Senior Superintendent of Police shall give a copy of the report to the petitioner and collect the charges if it is possible under any of the instructions or rules within a week from the PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.02.24 12:18 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
