JASWANT SINGH, J. (ORAL) The petitioner is stated to have been appointed as Social Science Mistress under Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan Authority, Punjab vide appointment letter dated 25.11.2008 (Annexure P-1).

By filing the present petition, the petitioner is seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus directing respondents No.1 to 3 to consider/decide her representation dated 23.07.2018 (Annexure P-5) regarding cancellation of the order dated 19.07.2018 (Annexure P-4), whereby she has been transferred from SSSS Madi Panwan, Gurdaspur to SSSS Bilaspur, District Moga.

At the time of hearing today, learned counsel for the petitioner states that the relief in question has been granted and the transfer of the petitioner has been cancelled vide order dated 24.08.2018 passed by the competent authority, therefore, submits that nothing more survives for adjudication in the present writ petition, as the same has become infructuous. Dismissed as infructuous.
