**** SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA, J.(Oral) The provisions governing the services of the Anganwadi workers provide for filing of an appeal against an order which the anganwadi worker may be aggrieved of. While the first appeal lies to the Collector, second appeal lies to the Commissioner, and then to the Secretary. In view of the efficacious alternate remedy available to the petitioner, this Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedies.

Dismissed as above.
