(ORAL) Through this petition, the petitioner seeks anticipatory bail in case bearing FIR No.119 dated 16.06.2023, registered at Police Station Canal Colony, Bathinda, under Sections 457, 380, 427, 149 and 120-B IPC.

Vide order dated 27.07.2023 passed by this Court, the petitioner had been granted ad interim pre-arrest bail and directed to join the investigation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the aforesaid order, the petitioner has joined the investigation. Learned State counsel, on instructions from SI Mukhtiar Singh, that the petitioner has joined the investigation and is now not required for any further investigation.
