The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of necessary direction to respondents No.2 & 3 to conclude the investigation in criminal case having FIR No. 4 dated 13.1.2019 under Sections 323, 324, 325, 452, 148, 149 IPC, Police Station, Shahpur Kandi District Pathankot, which was registered against respondent No.4 to 10. Notice of motion.

The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that representations (Annexures P-2 to P-4) were time and again given to senior police officials but so far no action has been taken. He will be satisfied if necessary direction in this regard is given.

In the light of above, without entering into the merits of the case, the petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to consider and decide representation dated 8.1.2019 (Annexure P-2) and representation dated 10.10.2019 (Annexure P-3) in accordance with law within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order.
