The prayer in the writ petition is to direct the respondents to consider the substantive claim of the petitioner in right perspective and to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner at the instance of the private respondents and not to harass the petitioner unnecessarily by the police.

The 2nd respondent shall consider the representation given by the petitioner under Annexure P-11 and provide the necessary protection for life and liberty to the petitioner, if the situation so warrants, in accordance with law.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
