**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J (ORAL) Prayer in this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita 2023 with a direction to the arresting Officer to release the petitioner on bail in FIR No.158 dated 23.09.2023 under Sections 22/61/85 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substance Act, 1985, registered at Police Station City Khanna, District Ludhiana. After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner once fail to make out a ground to take cognizance of the instant petition for grant of anticipatory bail, prays for withdrawal of the petition. He prays to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to take appropriate remedial measures as per law. Prayer is accepted.
