(ORAL) The instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. seeking quashing of FIR No. 134 dated 07.09.2020 registered under Sections 452,323,148 read with Section 149 IPC at Police Station City-I, Malerkotla, District Sangrur on the basis of compromise deed/affidavit dated 30.09.2020 (Annexure P-2 to P-4 respectively).

No one has caused appearance on behalf of the petitioners for the last three consecutive dates. Similar is the position today. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent No. 2 and 3 submits that though the matter was compromised but they have not received the amount as per settlement.

In view of the above, no ground for interference by this Court is made out.

Dismissed.
