In compliance of order dated 06.11.2023, the petitioners have appeared before the Illaqa Magistrate and the report from the Sub-Division Judicial Magistrate Punhana, District Mewat has been received, which is taken on record, subject to all just exceptions. 4.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are living with the parents of petitioner No. 2 and they still have apprehension from respondent No. 4 who is the mother of petitioner No. 1.

In light of the above, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to respondent No. 3-SHO, Police Station Pinangwa, District Nuh to ensure that the life and liberty of the petitioners is protected and no untoward incident takes place.

It is made clear that, since, there is a dispute with regard to the date of birth of the petitioner No. 1, the filing of this petition or any orders passed herein shall not be taken as a ground before any statutory authority in due course of time and the same shall be looked into in accordance with law.

It is further made clear that the filing of this petition or any order passed herein does not approve or disapprove the relationship/marriage of the petitioners and is not a stamp by the Court qua their relationship/marriage as this petition is considered only for the purpose of ensuring the protection of life and liberty of petitioners being citizen of this country and for no other reason and in case, they are found involved in any illegal activity then the respondent-Authorities shall take appropriate action, in accordance with law.
