(ORAL) Prayer in this petition is for quashing of FIR No.113 dated 12.10.2018 registered under Sections 420 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station Kulgari, District Ferozepur and all other proceedings arising therefrom the basis of compromise.

As per the report submitted by the Trial Court, the parties have not appeared for recording their statements in support of compromise. Accordingly, this petition is rendered infructuous. However, liberty is granted to file fresh petition in case the parties still acknowledge the compromise.
