The petitioner's only grievance is for payment of interest for the period of delay in making the payment of leave encashment due to the petitioner on attaining the age of superannuation. The petitioner's request will be considered through a representation made in that regard and if it is not met with successfully, he will be at liberty to approach the Civil Court of ordinary jurisdiction and secure the relief of what he is seeking for.

The writ petition is not appropriate remedy and it is disposed of as above.
