(Oral) Counsel for the State has placed on record a corrigendum dated 08.12.2015 whereby, a policy decision has been taken to permit the Post Graduate Doctors to do senior residency in those subjects due to the nonexistence of the senior residency in State Medical Colleges though they had done the same in other subjects. Thus, they have been permitted to do the senior residency in their relevant field and in sense, permission has been granted for the senior residency for the second time. In view of the said corrigendum, counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous and the same may be disposed of as such.
