(ORAL) The only prayer made by the petitioner before us is that he may be permitted to pay the market value regarding which he has made a representation/application (P-5) before respondent No.2. In writ proceedings we would decline to interfere as the petitioner is in unauthorized occupation of some land. If the respondents themselves have passed any order to accept the market value, then evidently it is entirely upon them to take a decision to accept or reject the plea of payment of market value for the disputed land. We, therefore, deem it appropriate to direct the concerned authority to consider the prayer of the petitioner.

Petition stands disposed of.
