This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to hand over the investigation of FIR No.119 dated 20.06.2022, under Sections 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar (Rural) (Annexure P-1) and DDR No.25 dated 20.06.2022, under Sections 302, 307, 148, 149 IPC and Sections 25, 27 and 54 of the Arms Act, registered at Police Station Beas, District Amritsar (Rural) (Annexure P-2) to some independent Agency. An alternative prayer has been made to constitute a Special Investigation Team for conducting free and fair investigation in the matter.
