(Oral) Present petition has been filed under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to protect the life and liberty of the petitioner and his family members at the hands of private persons and further prayer has been made to decide the representation dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) filed by petitioner at the earliest.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that for the redressal of his grievance, petitioner has filed a representation dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Tarn Taran but the same has not been taken into consideration till date. He has further submitted that petitioner would be satisfied if representation dated 13.05.2026 (Annexure P-3) is decided in a time bound manner.
