RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Petitioners have approached this Court praying for quashing of order Annexure P-5, dated 11.02.2020 and Annexure P-6, warrant of possession, dated 07.07.2020, issued by the Assistant Collector-cum-Naib Tehsildar, Nur Pur Bedi being illegal, arbitrary and without jurisdiction as the same has been issued without taking decision on the objections filed by the petitioners. It is further prayed to stay the order Annexures P-5 and P-6 during pendency of the present petition.

Learned counsel for the petitioners prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioners to approach the authority concerned for redressal of their grievances.

Allowed as prayed for.
