3. Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest? --- Surya Kant, J. (Oral) The petitioners were selected for recruitment as Constables in the Railway Protection Force. The Medical Board, however, declared them unfit due to which they could not be appointed. The petitioners firstly approached the Central Administrative Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench and now this Court to direct the official respondents to conduct their Review Medical Board.

Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions from Mr.K.N.Srivastava, Chief Office Superintendent, Railway Protection Force, Northern Railways, Ambala Cantt, states that the authorities have no objection in conducting the petitioners Review Medical Board. He further states that the Review Medical Board shall be conducted within two weeks.

CWP No.312 of 2015 [2] We, thus, disposed of this writ petition with a direction to respondent nos.2 to 5 that let the Review Medical Board of the petitioners be held at Delhi within two weeks as per the above-stated undertaking and if they are declared medically fit, let further consequential action be taken without wastage of time.
