(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus, directing respondent Nos. 2 to 5 to include the names of the petitioners along with other 350 voters/persons in the latest voters' list of Ward No.4 issued for the year 2015 by the competent authority. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners states that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to the remedies available to them, in accordance with law.
