(oral) Learned counsel for the petitioners and respondent No.2 have jointly stated at Bar that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the petitioners have since been acquitted in the FIR No.434 dated 09.08.2021 vide judgment dated 01.08.2023 passed by learned trial Court. Report of concerned learned Magistrate has been received as per which, parties did not appear to record their statements. It is also reported that the main case has already been decided vide judgment dated 01.08.2023. In view of above submissions, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
