This is an application under Section 151 CPC for restoration of the contempt petition which was disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the application which is supported by an affidavit, the application is allowed and the order dated 29.05.2026 is recalled and the main petition is ordered to be restored to its original number.

CM-12226-CII-2026 IN COCP-2789-2026 submitted that in pursuance of the order passed by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court dated 07.04.2026 in CRWP-3845-2026, a speaking order dated 07.05.2026 has been passed and a copy of the same has been handed over to this Court during the course of hearing which is taken on record as Mark A. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the same, the present petition be disposed of but liberty be granted to the petitioner to challenge the same in accordance with law. 5.

In view of the above, the present contempt petition is disposed of with the aforesaid liberty.
