(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is for quashing the order dated 14.02.2015, which is stated to have been passed by respondent No.2, wherein, nomination papers of the petitioner for elections as Member to ward No.29 of the Municipal Council, Zirakpur, District SAS Nagar, have been rejected. 2.

The petitioner has sought quashing of order of rejection dated 14.02.2015, even without appending it along with the writ petition. 3.

In such circumstances, in the absence of any rejection order on the record of the case, the quashing of the same is not possible. Moreover, in view of provisions of Article 243ZG(b) of the Constitution of India, the petitioner may take recourse to remedies as may be available to him in accordance with law.
