The petitioner is not prepared to give out information about what had happened on 05.12.2014. The petitioner states that he will secure information under RTI to inform the Court about what had happened on 05.12.2014. If the petitioner is successful in obtaining any appropriate information or come out with full details of how an election took place or how the election is bad and how without even resorting to an appropriate action for challenging the said action through an election petition the writ petition could be filed, the PANKAJ KUMAR 2015.02.25 11:37 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
