JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) The petitioner, who was working as Conductor with the respondent-Pepsu Road Transport Corporation, Patiala by seeking a writ of Certiorari has assailed the order dated 13.12.2012 (P.1) passed by respondent No.4 whereby he has been dismissed from service.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner after realizing that this Court is not inclined to grant the relief due to alternative remedy of appeal, prays for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
