(Oral) Counsel very fairly points out that the present case is covered by the judgment passed by this Court in CWP No. 11224 of 2013 titled Naresh Kumar and others vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 04.10.2017. She, therefore, is not in a position to press the present writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as per the reasoning given in the said writ petition.
