(ORAL) Learned counsel contends that despite the fact that orders of the competent authority under Section 7 of the Punjab Village Common Lands Act were passed way back and the execution preferred in 2015, yet the process has not been concluded and the unauthorized occupants are enjoying the possession.
After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the instant petition without issuance of notice of motion to the other side with a direction to respondent No.3 to decide the execution application as expeditiously as possible, but not later than three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order. Disposed of in above terms.
