Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that all the retiral benefits required to be given by the respondents have already been paid to the petitioner but the petitioner is also entitled for the interest as the said retiral benefits has been released after much delay, hence, the liberty be given to the petitioner to file an appropriate representation claiming the interest on the delayed release of the said amount and the respondents be directed to consider the said claim of the petitioner and pass an appropriate order in a time bound manner so that the petitioner does not suffer any prejudice.

Learned State counsel appears on behalf of respondents-State and submits that in case, any representation is filed by the petitioner raising any grievance, the same will be considered and decided in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of such representation by passing appropriate speaking order and in case, after the decision, the petitioner is found entitled for any relief, the same will be RIYA 2023.11.22 10:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that keeping in view the statement of learned State counsel, the present petition may kindly be disposed of having been not pressed, at this stage, with liberty to file an appropriate representation with respondents.
