The appeal was filed by Kamalit Singh challenging order dated 18.12.2009 passed by the Additional District Judge (Adhoc), Fast Track Court, Hoshiarpur dismissing his petition for grant of a decree of divorce. Neither the appellant nor his counsel are present. We have heard learned counsel for the respondent and as we find no reason to doubt the correctness of statement made by counsel for the appellant and a photostat copy of the death certificate that has been placed on record, dismiss the appeal as infructuous with liberty to seek revival, in case, the statement made by counsel for the respondent, is incorrect.
