(Oral) The petitioner has sought the relief of anticipatory bail in the criminal case arising out of the FIR bearing No.144 dated 19.08.2021 registered at Police Station Majitha, District Amritsar Rural, under Sections 336 and 341 IPC and Sections 25 and 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 (wherein the offence under Section 27 of the Arms Act, 1959 is stated to have been deleted and the offence under Section 120-B IPC is stated to have been added later-on).

Learned State counsel, on the instructions from ASI Mukhtiar Singh from the above-said Police Station, apprises the Court that in compliance of the order dated 06.10.2021 as passed by this Court, the petitioner has joined in the investigation and his custodial POOJA SHARMA 2022.02.10 16:10 I attest to the accuracy of this document

CRM-M No. 41904 of 2021 -2interrogation is not required and he is also not involved in any other criminal case of the similar nature.

Keeping in view the above-discussed submission as made by learned State counsel, the instant petition is allowed and the relief of interim bail, as extended to the petitioner named Manpreet Singh @ Manjit Singh @ Manna vide the said order dated 06.10.2021, is hereby made absolute.
