HARINDER SINGH SIDHU, J As admittedly order dated 16.11.2021 (P.18) to the effect that necessary action be initiated to re-fix the reserve price qua the petitioner was passed without hearing the petitioner, same is quashed to this extent only (i.e qua the petitioner M/s Jain and Sons). Consequential orders dated 25.01.2022 and 28.01.2022 (P.19 and P.20 respectively) are also quashed. It would be open to the respondents to proceed against the petitioner and pass order afresh after giving it opportunity of hearing. Sh. Garg does not press the claim regarding adjustment of the amount of Rs.4,00,000/- claimed to have been deposited by the petitioner. He states that he would file a fresh petition or avail of other remedy separately in this regard.

Disposed of accordingly.
