(ORAL) Counsel for the petitioner does not deny that the order has been passed pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court. However, she submits that order passed is not a valid and speaking order. 2.

Be that as it may, keeping in view that the order stands passed pursuant to the order passed by the Writ Court, no further order is required to be passed in the present contempt petition. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to avail remedies against the same, in accordance with law. 3.

The contempt petition is disposed off as having been rendered infructuous.
