Mr. Amandeep Singh Rai, Advocate for the petitioner. RAKESH KUMAR JAIN, J (ORAL) CM No.15296 of 2017 This application has been filed under Order 1 Rule 10 CPC to implead the Daizy Education Centre, Street No.5, Laxman Nagar, Giaspura, Ludhiana as respondent No.12.

Since notice has not been issued in the main writ petition, therefore, there is no need to issue notice in this application. After hearing learned counsel for the applicant-petitioner and keeping in view the facts mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The Daizy Education Centre is impleaded as respondent No.12. Amended memo of party is taken on record.

Main case Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition at this stage in order to file an appropriate application before the D.C.P, Ludhiana to whom the D.C, Ludhiana had sent his complaint on 29.11.2016 vide letter No.4743/CEA3. In case the petitioner do not get satisfactory reply then he may approach this Court again. Dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
