Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 24.03.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ Court. 2.

Mr. Rahul Sharma-I, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of the respondent and has filed Vakalatnama, which is taken on record. 3.

At the outset, counsel for the petitioner states that legal notice dated 30.09.2024, has been decided, as directed by this Court vide Annexure P-1. He seeks and is granted permission to withdraw the petition with liberty to assail the order passed by the respondent.
