1.
The prayer in the present Civil Writ Petitions filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, is to issue a direction to the respondents for quashing the impugned memo dated 23.11.2011, Annexure P-7. 2.
Learned counsel would submit that the prayer in the present petition of counting the service rendered in Classical & Vernacular scale prior to 01.01.1986 has not been counted for proficiency step up. He refers to both affidavits dated 15.11.2017 and 15.12.2022 filed in the present case by the respondents, as per which, the matter is still under consideration. He thus, at this stage, prays that time bound direction be issued to the authorities to decide the matter.
