Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing the show cause notice, dated 12.04.2018, issued by respondent No.2 and inquiry report, dated 30.03.2018 submitted by respondent No.4,, Annexure P-8 colly, and fresh show cause notice, dated 20.08.2018, Annexure P-12, issued by respondent No.2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such. 3.

In view of the request made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
