*** Daya Chaudhary, J. (Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been promoted on 29.08.2016 during pendency of this writ petition whereas his case was to be considered in view of instructions dated 25.11.2013 (Annexure P-10).

In view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present writ petition is disposed of.
