In the present writ petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a direction to the respondents to release the retiral benefits of her deceased son, namely, Rakesh Kumar.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.4 to decide the representation dated 13.02.2026 (Annexure P-4) submitted by the petitioner, in a time bound manner.
