(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondents No.2 to 4 to make some arrangement for the imbecile and infirm lady, namely, Prem Kaur @ Premo specifically for watching her health, her interests in property and her livelihood in view of the order dated 02.04.2012 (Annexure P-1) passed by this Court in CRWP No.1257 of 2011 titled "Jeet Singh v. State of Haryana and others". Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this petition has been rendered infructous as Prem Kaur @ Premo has died. Dismissed as infructuous.
