The petitioner has filed this petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. praying for issuance of directions to the concerned police officials in criminal case having FIR No.9 dated 4.1.2018 under Sections 354-A, 354-D, 377, 451, 506/34 IPC, Police Station City Hisar (District Hisar). Notice of motion.

( 2 ) CRM-M-37282-2020 The counsel for the petitioner has submitted that his representation (Annexure P-2) dated 9.9.2020 with regard to fair investigation is still pending and respondent No.3 has not taken any action on the same, till date. He will be satisfied if necessary direction is given to respondent No.3 to decide the said representation in a time bound manner. The State counsel has no objection if the necessary direction in this regard is given.

Accordingly, without commenting on the merits of the case, this petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3Superintendent of Police, Hisar to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-2) of the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of next 2 months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
