The petitioner is a Teacher employed with an aided CollegeKamla Nehru College for Women,Phagwara. The grievance raised in the present petition is that inspite of the Educational Tribunal having extended the benefit of revision of pay scales in the rank of Assistant Professor/Associate Professor as per UGC guidelines, the management has not released the said pay scales alongwith arrears.
Stand of the management is that all the relevant papers in original were sent on 21.3.2013 to the DPI Colleges for fixation of pay grade of the petitioner.
In compliance of the directions passed by this Court on the previous date, DPI Colleges has come present. He has filed his affidavit dated 14.11.2018. In the affidavit it is stated that delay has been caused on account of misplacing of service book of the petitioner. It is further stated that however, the pay as claimed as per UGC guidelines has been fixed and the details have been furnished in the speaking order dated 13.11.2018 (R1). It is agreed that the aided College would complete the formalities within RAJINDER PARSHAD JOSHI 2018.11.14 16:08 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP 21788/2018 next three weeks and thereafter submit a claim to DPI Colleges who thereafter within one month shall release the admissible grant in aid. In response counsel for the petitioner concedes that no further adjudication is required.
Respondents shall be bound by their stand. In case of any noncompliance, parties would be free to seek revival of the present petition by filing appropriate application.
Disposed of in the above terms.
