**** SANDEEP MOUDGIL, J.(ORAL) The jurisdiction of this Court under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 has been invoked for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in FIR No.96, dated 21.10.2024, under Sections 331(6), 115(2), 324(4), 351(2), 191(3), 190 of the BNS Act, 2023 registered at Police Station Sadar Jalalabad, District Fazilka.

Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 09.06.2025, while issuing notice of motion, granted the concession of interim bail to the petitioner, subject to his joining the investigation. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in pursuance to the order dated 09.06.2025, the petitioner has joined the investigation on 12.06.2025.

Learned State counsel on instructions from ASI Jaswinder Singh does not controvert the said fact and further submits that custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required. In view of the above, the order dated 09.06.2025 is made absolute.
