Through this Civil Original Contempt Petition, the petitioners pray for punishing the respondents for violating the orders passed on 15.07.2021. The operative part of the order reads as under:- "Keeping in view the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the pleadings referred to above, the present petition is disposed of by directing respondent No.3Deputy Commissioner, Jhajjar to consider and take a decision on the representation dated 15.1.2020 (Annexure P9) within a period of two months. Decision so taken be conveyed to the petitioners forthwith. In case, the claim of the petitioners is accepted, the consequential allotment and possession of the plots be handed over to them within a further period of six DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2021.11.10 16:22 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

A reply to the petition has been filed, wherein it has been stated that the order, in compliance with the directions of the Court, has already been passed on 21.09.2021.

The learned counsel representing the petitioners do not dispute that fact. However, he submits that the Division Bench has also directed for consequential allotment and delivery of possession. 4.

Mr. Samarth Sagar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, on the instructions from Mr. Ashok Kumar, Panchayat Officer, Office of the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Jhajjar, submits that the necessary letter for delivery of possession has already been issued. 5.
