Petitioner has filed this petition under Section 439 Cr.P.C for grant of regular bail pending trial in case FIR No.150 dated 29.05.2020 registered under Sections 15, 61 and 85 of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 at Police Station Patran, District Patiala. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition.
