As per report, Manpreet Singh son of the petitioner was arrested in case bearing FIR No. 138 dated 24.6.2019 registered at Police Station City Faridkot on 18.7.2019 and was produced before learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot on 19.7.2019.

In view of the report, averments in the application made to Hon'ble the Chief Justice have no basis, as such no further action is required in the matter.

Dismissed.
